Hi Guys
My wife took out a contract with Telkom Mobile mainly for the 5gigs of data that came with it. We donot get any signal at home at all even though the consultant checked on the coverage map and we were covered. I have made almost 40 - 50 calls to Telkom to sort this out. Eventually a technician came out to test the signal and found that there was no signal, we were told that we have two options, Option One is for Telkom to install a booster but they have no stock and cannot advise as to when stock will arrive, Option two is to cancel the contract with no penalties ( I have a email to this effect from social@telkom.co.za).
We have decided to cancel the contract and we please need advise as to what process to follow, can you guys please advise.
