Cancellation of mobile data contract

Good day. Can someone tell me how to cancel a contract. I havent used it in years and I see that it is bumped up to R215-00 per month out the blue.

You phone the call centre, and then you ask the agent to cancel it...


You really should have saved yourself a lot of effort by starting with the phone call like you know you are supposed to instead of starting a thread about this.
