Cancellation Question

Hi
I've been contacted by Sentech saying I've been downloading too much. More than 10 Gig /month.

Has anyone been abled to cancel their contract based on this or on the 4kb/sec international limit?

Just tell them you want to cancel, and site the speeds / soft cap / phase of the moon as your reason - these days theys seem quite keen on getting rid of people. Well, at least with myself, Nowire (the group I went through) let me off the hook a month early rather than let me run until the end of my contract period.
 
if the cancelling reason is not fair to Sentech, you will be charged with 75% of the total outstanding amount of the remaining contract period.
 
How about receiving crap speeds is not fair and THEY PAY ME BACK 75% off all money paid to them. That sounds fair!
