Cancelling Drivers license renewal-Enatis

Hi everyone

I booked a drivers license renewal slot however I am unable to attend. When I attempted to book another day, it says that I cannot book two drivers license renewal slots. I attempted to cancel he one I booked however the only way to do so is physically going to the testing station and cancelling which I don't have time to do.

Once the date has passed, Will I be able to book another slot? Has anyone missed their drivers license License appointment and been able to book another one?

i had the same challenge and was able to cancel the booking online via email. I send an email to [email protected], subject ID number and then also included my Ref on the body of the message.

2 days later got a reply that i need to send Booking information that i received in PDF, copy of ID plus state the reason for cancelling and 2 weeks later it was cancelled on the system.
