Cancelling Telkom account

I want to cancel my 1gig telkom account and change to Mweb uncapped.My 2 year contract with Telkom ended last year november but I still get a gig a month.I want to cancel the account and the line rental but don't know how to?Also is there a waiting period for the cancellation to be complete?Any help will be much appreciated.

Just cancel the 1 gig account. You need the ADSL line, its a bother, and its gonna be a waste of time to port it to mweb who rent it from Telkom anyway.
