1. I don't think they are ready for this...hence the shifting T&C's
2. It isn't an uncapped service, it is a soft-capped service and should be advertised as such.
3. An "uncapped" 384kb line should not be throttled at 15gig, it's slow enough as it it.
4. The complete silence from the powers that be at Afrihost, as far as addressing these grievances is concerned.
5. The seeming lack of integrity displayed in the shifting T&C's and the statement that only those who signed up before the 1st of April would get a refund, (I read that here so I may be wrong).
6. I want uncapped. Really.
7. I kind of find it annoying when I am clearly pissed and someone says "hope you are having a great weekend," I'M NOT!
Ok that last reason is kinda childish, but you know what? I run my own business and I have a strict policy that if I say something, offer a product at a price, agree to a certain deal etc, then I stick to that deal even though sometimes it hurts. Afrihost has every right to change the deal willy nilly and I am surey that they have their reasons, but I just don't work that way and don't do business with people who do. I don't have sympathy for companies, I have sympathy for homeless kids and the like. And to all those who say that I am just whining...well that's the problem with SA we have a shut up and put up policy so we end up getting lumped with all kinds of shoddy things, if we complained more readily and showed companies that our loyalty is earned, and not easily, then perhaps we would be a little closer to a first world country.
(Please oh please note that this is my opinion)
