Im not sticking around for 1st Nov. cr@p. My cousin has happily been using a local WISP for monthes now and i think its time 2 switch.
Telkom's website has no procedure on canceling their ADSL lines. I phoned and they want me 2 send em a fax
, haven't they heard of email?
a) Does anyone know if they are gonna sock me with sum "Downgrading charges"?
b) Besides fax is their no other way i can cancel my line?
c) How long into the month do i have to provide them with notice?
