i have been doing some work on it the last few weeks to be a bit smarter and clean up some nastys also put a bit more eye candy in ... i have a ISO i have not published it on a site but will ship a copy to any one that asks for it [pay the courier if needed]

also im accepting feature requests to make it better.

it is a very simple system and lightweiight i have not put package management in and updates are dont via a download tarball or a update from CD
it is not the most pretty i know but effective.
 
Why does ubuntu suck? I'm inexperienced with it, I found it very nice though. It's one of the only versions that I've used that doesn't feel like it's raping my eyes..

BWAHAHAHA! Here's a thought - APARTHEID LINUX:
1. no connectivity (seperate 'parliaments')
2. everything runs in its own chroot jail (group areas)
3. everything protected by a certificate (dompas/pass laws)
4. gcc missing (prohibition of mixed marriages)
5. any others?[;)]
 
ubuntu is based on debian, and debian rocks, ergo, ubuntu should rock [:P]

so it too has bandwidth management and shaping built in? with a feature for an adsl line that you can setup multiple accounts and "connect and forget" ?
