Cannot Access ADSL Modem

Hi
I cannot access my router/modem as I used to. Any ideas? If I
try and go to http://10.0......... it just hangs in my browser.
Please help.
My ADSL drops every day and I need to go to the modem/router
to re-connect.

Try resetting it?

unplug the power cord from the router, wait 20 secs and try again

Also make sure that your PC is acting as a DHCP client in network settings
