Cannot Access Gmail/Adsense etc. from one pc at home

Hi, I have two computers on a network. Here's some details;

Toshiba Laptop, Vista
PC, XP
Router, Netgear DG834GT
ADSL: 3GB Mweb 512Kbps

Hmmmm... Okay, from my laptop, connected wireless to the router, I can access Gmail/Adsense with no problems

From the PC running XP, connected by LAN Cable, I cannot access GMail/Adsense. I have tried this PC running Ubuntu boot cd, and I can get on these sites, so it must be either something with the operating system, router maybe interacting with XP, or a setting on the PC.

What could it be, the results are the same whether I use chrome, firefox, or IE...?

I am using no proxy, and ADSL settings kept on the router, bridge mode not active in other words.

I have this problem now and then too, but once I restart the router it works fine again. There seems to be some sort of bug connected to the stuff, since that only happens in Windows. If I restart that computer to Ubuntu it always works fine.
