Cannot access program schedule/ TV Guide on HD Pvr after update that added channels

Recently new channels were added and the HD channels where consolidated with the SD channels. Since that update I have not been able to see the program schedule / TV guide which tells you what is going to show when.

I get the channel names on the left but no detail on the right giving the times.

I can also not see the series catch up programs or Box Office titles.

Calling customer services resulted in the usual, reset, unplug, check signal strength etc. I also got the "there have been some problems after the update" but so far nothing.

Assuming you have a 2 tuner PVR, I would assume your 2nd cable is not connected or has a bad connection

Tuner 1 is for Live TV and the first 2 TV Guide lines
Tuner 2 is for recording, DoD, Box Office & the rest of the TV guide

So if everything on Tuner 2 does not work then check your cabling & connections
