Cannot connect using prepaid sim using E620 card

I get 'connection failed' if I try to connect using a prepaid sim in my E620 data card. I have loaded a data bundle onto the sim. Any ideas why? Do I need to setup the profile in a certain way?

Using my other sim (mychoice 75) I connect with no problems. The only difference is that the prepaid sim is a 32k card while the other sim is a '3g' sim. What is the difference between the two?
