Cannot finish data bundle and cannot transfer money

My 2GB recurring data bundle was almost depleted so I decided to load money to buy a new recurring bundle at R1399. Vodacom did not allow me to buy a new bundle because the current bundle was not depleted (at 200kb). With this data was now being charged at R2/mb which is extremely expensive. I then tried to move the money to another number so that I could force deplete the 200kb on my account. I could only transfer R1185 to another number and not the full amount. I have now tried to revert the R1185 from the other number and vodacom keeps telling me that I don't have airtime even though I have R1185 on the other number. What is going on?!!?!

I am in the same boat here and cannot at all get through to vodacom. I am now forced to have no connectivity as i am in OOB rates even though I purchased a bundle.

I also do not know if I am the only one but I assume there are more because I waited on the line for 44mins to the call centre before an error cut the call.


I have a red advantage with the 1gb bundle added (2gb recurring)
I purchased a once off bundle of 1gb and used that up by yesterday. I then purchased another one (so total so far is 4gb) but the last bundle did not credit my account with available data instead it has been using OOB rates and @R2 a meg that is frightening. What is really odd to me is that the vodacom app is showing a total of 0KB remaining from 4GB and showing it on the invoice amount but I absolutely never got 4GB and phone usage (although it could be different from vodacom side but doubt by 1 gb is showing 3GB usage for the month which is inline with not having been credited the last GB.

I have no idea why has so many issues, I also had 300kb from 4Gig on my vodacom app account but did not buy it, did any of you load their Credit Card Number Online in Play or other online payment systems could it be this?
