Cannot get authd on my OpenWeb account...

Anybody else having issues. Other accounts authorise, but not this one atm.

First time it's done this. I want to use my local cap man!

Well, technically I am capped, but with other isps I can at least get authd and surf the isp site for top ups.

I am happy with the service. Do they disconnect you completely when capped?

well my wa 30gig local cuts me off completely after reahing the cap...like cant auth and stuff. though the usage page doesnt mention anything about cap.

So i think its an IS thing?

bit illegal if it was not specified in this way from whomever you have brought it and if i am correct all that are members of ISPA should allow you to buy more.

Well my WebAfrica account does allow me to auth at cap to buy more if I am not mistaken. I don't think I am because I get capped alot!

Not sure on capability of IS accounts. I know Telkom/Saix based accounts have the ability to restrict usage after cap.

how much is this per local going anyways - i see gamco is selling it for R8.55 per gig on their 10G local only costing R85.50

According to a post in the ADSL ISP discussion threads OpenBrowse is down for a day due to upgrade.

I've had this problem since yesterday...And I thought it's cause I was capped!

Has anyone had some success in getting this rectified by the relevant ISP's? I just mailed mine. Hope they give me the 2 days download time back that I lost.
