cannot get SABC channels

Hi Guys

I am not receiving sabc channels, +learning channel on DSTV.
It worked fine but now it does not.
When I called multichoice, they said
that the dish need re-aligning,but my other channels like sport etc are fine.

Any idea what happening ?

I saw a drop in signal quality on my system from 100% to 90% with Freq 11050 and 11010 Both Vertical basically that is Vuzu,SABC 2
This is on a Xtraveiw system with HD PVR and SD PVR, already tried bypassing the multiswitch and connecting the dish directly to the HD PVR but to no avail.

not that you missing much but yep probaly the lnb or dish is slightyl out of alighnment

It seems to be a general problem that DSTV is experiencing. They are investigating but dont know when it will be resolved

I'm not too sure, but I think today is the day that Maria and Oubaas is going to get it on...

I would wait a bit before re aligning the dish.

yes mine went off last night too - only a few ch working - maybe ash cloud?? or dstv screwing up!!
