Cannot install Brother printer

Hi all

I cannot install my Brother MFC-795CW printer on my Toshiba laptop (Win 7 64). Says it cannot find BHL2-Maintenance driver.
Anybody have any ideas please?

How old is the printer?

If older... Have you downloaded the latest 64bit drivers from brother's site?

Thanks so far but I have downloaded the latest 64 bit software yet no driver can be found on the web or on the installation disc. Eish Any other ideas?

Brother MFC's can be finicky and they often recommend removing all Brother drivers prior to downloading the latest release for your OS. It's usually best to disconnect the MFC until the installation software requests it.
