Cannot recharge my top up sm

I have the giga night (20gig) top up contract, and needed to load some extra airtime on the sim today, but it refuses, I keep on giving me "Your operation has failed, please contact the call centre on 140". I have had enough issues with the Cell C call centre and do not want to waste my time calling them. Have anyone else had a this problem before?

Hi Japster, please try loading a higher bundle than you loaded previously. Let me if the the problem persist. *DM*
 
I haven't experienced any issues whatsoever with the GIGA 200, once the data expired/depleted, recharged with airtime, worked out of the box. Only problem I did experience with GIGA card. Sometimes when you try access the USSD structure I get failed messages.

With regards on recharging - now I recall I did try the USSD structure method to recharge and unfortunately it isn't operational. Rather phone the recharge number instead
