Cannot see data balances

I go to the website 'https://www.cellc.co.za/cellc/home' and login as normal. I then wait to see to my data balances. Nothing is showing. I thought the problem would have been fixed by now as I had the same problem 3 weeks when I tried to check. This is for my router. What is the problem?
Edit: I see 0 mb for data, but that is not true. I definitely have at least 80g left according to my last successful check and data I have used subsequently. I have tried another browser and still my usage is not reflecting.

I sent a USSD code *147# via my router then checked balances. I have 99 gig left and is valid to the end of September. So why then is the website showing zero?

Thank you for your offer of assistance. I just checked now and my data balance is showing so that is all good.
