Cannot send sms via VMC

Hi guys

Can someone help me. I cannot send sms using Vodaphone Mobile Connect SMS.

Tells me to select the correct Service Centre Number in settings
if phone number is correct
mobile device is available
mobile connection is available

VMC version is 9.2.1.6545

My service number is
Operator is Vodacom and the number is +27829129

What could be the problem?
Anyway one have suggestions what i can try?

Mine works.

I would suggest downloading version 9.3 from Vodacom's Website, and installing it.

how do i check my firmware on my Option GT Max 3.6

While you have VMC open, and your Data Card plugged in, open the Diagnostics Windows. It shows you which Firmware version you have.

I thought the same thing, but why would it ask him to set his Service Center Number if it is already set?

Did you try sending a free sms? Like balance to 100 ??
