Cannot to Rain SIM Swap

Hi

Anyone experienced this issue?

I have requested for SIM swap but didn't get any calls back. They don't just send the SIM and RICA . They said they will call but nothing. I have emailed them. Still no solution. I have called them, they seem to assist but then keep me on hold for 20mins. No feedback. How do I solve this? I can't even get it sorted after calling them couple of times.
