Canon 5D replacement

I was thinkging, you better have a camera that can do more than 1/1000 shutter to shoot with that one, but then I remembered, the hand-hold rule doesn't apply. You can hand-hold it!

That is, btw, one of the funniest lens reviews I've read.

UPS - so I paid VAT on it but yeah - depending on where you look locally it was more or less r6k.

You can hand hold which lens? Definitely not the Canon 1200/5.6L USM.
keep in mind this hefty pup demands the sturdiest tripod and pan/tilt head you can muster up.

@ldmelsa, on the twip podcast they were talking about a program Canon has whereby you can trade your broken out-of-warranty camera for a discount on a refurbished camera. You might be able to pick up something nice (5D maybe) for a reasonable price that way.

Darn - my 400D is beginning to sound a lot sloppier than my XTi - then again I did get that extended warranty on it.
 
I should start thinking of extending the warranty on mine - a year is creeping up on me! :eek: And maybe get some insurance...
