Can't access a certain URL

Im using virgin egde and opera browser and I can't access www.fsx.co.za! I could do it before, but not anymore. I've tried ie, firefox and safari, but still doesn't work. Funny enough though, I can access it using opera mini on my phone, still using the same connection.

can you access site like Facebook and Google search(as in make a search)?

Cause that site works here

I get a time out,probably on a international server.

Yep, i can access almost anything else but it. The problem has been going on for weeks now and even after formating my computer for personal reasons, it still persists
