Can't access my own modem!

I suspect that that computer's browser is somehow configured to use a proxy server.
Chrome and IE both use the official "windows" proxy setting.
Firefox has it's own individual proxy setting.
Check those before this drives you insane.

I get the same problem if I use a proxy in my browser. Disabling foxyproxy in firefox is the only way to access my router.
