Anyone else been having this issue?

I cannot access http://www.iburst.co.za at all.

Pinging www.iburst.co.za [196.30.31.120] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 196.30.31.120:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

This only happens from iBurst, I can ping and http it perfectly from my ADSL at home.

EPIC FAIL.

Hi all.

Tested and working. Give me a call and we can investigate further.

Thanks

I'm having a similar issue, have had for awhile actually. I'll be moving soon so I've been trying to check coverage maps, but I've not been able to get a single one I've found to load, nor have I been able to load the http://www.iburst.co.za/default.aspx?link=site_home, or any other iburst site.
Everything else seems to load fine, if very slowly today, but nothing iburst related seems to work at all.

Hi guys

What is your location?

Any chance you are in the Cape?

Nope, I'm in Durban myself, in the Overport / Morningside area.

Thanks for looking into this for us.

Hi guys

Apologies.

Durban runs through its own pop.

could be an issue in the Durban.

Will request a check out.

Thanks for the info to date.

Yes, I'm in Durban too. Thanks for looking into this, now if iBurst could only match Neotel's pricing, I'd get an account at home ;)

Hi guys.

Apologies for the delayed response. Small crisis to handle.

Problem identified and should be repaired by morning.

Thanks for the early warning.

Still down on my side I'm afraid, both to ping and to page load requests. I'll try again around 0800 & post the results though.

Hi guys

I have requested an ETR from networks.

Will let you know.

Still nothing on my end, neither ping nor page load. It is perhaps possible the help desk staff are blocking me after the way I shouted at them the last time I had the misfortune to call in with a problem :p
