Can't activate BBM on prepaid

I've had a prepaid contract now for a few months and BIS worked before, but I can't seem to activate BIS on my phone this month.

Anyone else experienced this problem and managed to fix it?

Edit: There is enough airtime on the sim.

BIS or BBM? I doubt one would need to activate BBM.

My daughter had a similar problem. In February she purchased BIS but during the process something went wrong. She tried again and then no success. CellC kept on confirming that BIS was active for the month on their system but no luck on her side.

She had to wait a month for the BIS to "expire" before she could get it activated again.

She no longer uses her CellC SIM and its being cancelled next year after 8 years.
 
What do you mean pre-paid contract ?
If it was a contract, did it have few months of free BIS ? If yes, then maybe that's expired.
If it was not contract, just prepaid then try until you get frustrated, then call Cell-C.
