Hi guys,
Iv never been able to check my bandwidth ont he iburst site. I can log in and all, but it never shows anything?
Is this maybe because im a month-2-month user?

Iv got the latest Java installed. Version 6 for Vista.

When I was running XP I couldnt and now im running Vista i still cant. I tried on my aunts laptop and it didnt work either?

Its never worked for me?

EHV, from what I gather he can logon, it's just not displaying the info.........thats what I understand from his post anyway.

Oh of course.. you'd gather that because he says "I can log in and all" :p

Sorry.. In that case, eh... :/

The bandwidth monitor requires flash. I hate flash and refuse to install it, so I can't use their monitor. It's strange though you're not getting some kind of message as flash apps usually try to install flash if they don't find it. You can use Dashboard to see how much you've used - I was told that it downloads your usage from WBS every time you start it.

GBM, care to elaborate on the "daily monitoring email"?? I can't find anything about that on the iburst pages.

Hmm, iv found out what the problem is. Im using Vista and Opera. Iv got the latest flash player, bt it doesnt seem to like Vista much. I tried with IE and it worked perfectly. But with Opera it doesnt show the usage and all?

So it seems as if MS have the basic flash player files installed for IE already or flash player doesnt know where to extract the files to for Opera.etc

But the weird thing is that it didnt work when I was running XP either?

Well anyways, thanks for all your help!
Thanks, Psy

There is an option on the BW Monitor. You can check it if you would like to recieve a daily e-mail in your inbox, containing a report of your bandwidth usagae for the day.

Thats assuming he can see the option for ticking which I doubt if he can't see the usage.

Aha, thanks. As MrH rightly says, it's hidden away in the flash app. Looks like I'll have to try asking a question on the blog again. Useless trying to email helpdesk@ as it gets binned.

Pleasant surprise, I emailed them, got a prompt response, fixed email address problems (which they should have done in Jan) and now am receiving daily bandwidth reports :D

Ja...mine did the same but with IE....had to install Active X blah blah blah
