Can't connect even though I'm synced?

What I have done so far:
Called Axxess (my ISP) and confirmed that the username and password I was using was correct, they were.
Tried logging in with the telkom guest account (guest1@telkomadsl), can't do this either


The Telkom default account you have its incorrect. Telkom test account is guest@telkomadsl and what model of router have you got?
