Can't connect to SAIX News Server

Hi Guys,

I've trawled the web and these forums to see if anybody else is having issues with SAIX news servers. It was fine last week but this weekend I can't connect. I can't recall doing anything to my router traffic splitting script or my firewalls.

Anybody else having issues with connecting to SAIX news servers?
 
cops must of blocked you... I'd move they on to your illegal downloads
 
Mine has been fine this weekend (also Saix). Although i did have problems after installing Avast anti-virus, but i just disabled news scanning and it flies now...
 
must say upgraded to 4mb with mweb today.


used 3 threads from jhb-news.mweb.co.za, was pulling 400kbs in bossiness hours till it got to new content thats probably not cached :P
 
funny how ppl in ct use mweb's jhb serrver and ppl in jhb use the ct server... systems functioning within 'acceptable' efficiency :)
