I recently started gyming again and this time i started using a USN Protein Shakes and that just made me sick so i tried using Evox 5XL muscle meal and that just gave me the runs .... so i went to the doctor to find out... that my body is not digesting the protein
and i should try something lactose free
I Googled and found out that Muscle Science Optimum Anabolic has low lactose (not sure if that will help) but on the site is fall under the increase strength not the Gain Mass category and im actually try to gain mass ....
Not sure where to go from here any help will be appreciated
