Cant load certian pages?

Hi guys,
iv been having this problem for a few days now. Certain pages I just cant load, certain servers I cant ping..WTF is happening?

There never use to be a problem with me accessing these sites or pinging the servers.etc
It seems to be on and off. Im thinking its maybe a DNS problem? But im not too sure.

The mai site which I need to get on is http://rapidpremium.net/forums/ and I cant access it! It works if I use an anonymizer such as anonymouse.org, but then I get kicked out as my Ip changes after each page is loaded.
I also cant seem to be able to ping the war3.co.za server? :confused:

is this just happening to me and what is causing these problems.

You can't ping the war3.co.za server at that address anymore.. Not an iBurst problem.

The rapidpremium link works for me.
 
How come the rapidpremium link doesnt work here for me? :(
Iv tried with XP and Vista and IE and Opera. WTF...

First one shows blank page. Second one can access the website but cant ping also. Tried Using telkom connection. Maybe there is a problem with those pages.
 
There is NO prolem with rapidpremium...it works with an anonymizer...so do you guys think it can be a DNS problem?
 
You can't ping most sites, so war3.co.za is fine.

I'm guessing that all Cape Town users will be able to access rapidpremium, must be another JHB proxy problem.

If you think it could be a DNS problem then try using a different DNS. I can't remember the JHB ones out of my head..
