can't load data bundles

I've been trying to load a data bundle on on phone door two days now but i keep getting an error message, is anyone else experiencing this. on prepaid

i made a couple calls, the bundle you bought was a once off so the next bundle you can load is 19 june. only way you can load another one is if you load a recurring bundle.
 
I've tried the recurring bundle and I'm still getting the error 500 message

Are you sure this is the problem?

I know not being able to purchase multiple bundles within a certain timeframe was definitely a problem a couple of years ago, but I recall that this was fixed around the time MTN introduced roll over.

isn't there an mtn rep on this forum to explain this, cause i can't continue paying oob rates on this.
 
i haven't managed this past month either, i used to be able to load bundles at any time anyhow in the past. now i have to call mtnsp for them to load on my account.
 
is there still call centre support from mtn for prepaid customers cause I've just called and i never received an option to refer me to an operator?
