Can't load data on prepaid

I have a prepaid account with airtime available but I can not load a data bundle from the *147# ussd menu.
It states that it is unavailable to postpaid users.

Is there a workaround for this?

Any ideas?

I sent a pm to AM but no reply yet.
This is costing me quite a lot as I need to use data a lot.
