Cant log ino ibursts website.

What up forum:) Been quite a while but I'm back:D I see quite a lot has changed since I was last here:wtf:

Too my problem, I haven't been able to log into ibursts website since the begging of last month:/ Can someone please assist with this?

Telling me, a lot of new people and not so much of r00i these days [but that understandable]

I can log in my side... so it's not a global issue.

Figured it must be a problem on my side because I haven't seen any other threads with regards to this. I know for a fact its not a browser or PC issue as I have tried loggin in on two different PC's with Googl chrome, IE and Firefox. Also tried with both of my modems so Im thinking it must have something to do with my account.

Edit:Cant log in from work either:?

Are you on one of the uncapped options? I read that uncapped accounts have a different login ([email protected] or something like, trying to find the thread showing the new domain name)
 
Nope, I'm on the 10gb package + the 128k VAS. Still using my @iburst.co.za user name to connect so I doubt its changed.
 
Bump bump bump.

Also having a problem with my connection dropping after a couple of hours of being up...

Which browser are you using? I have tested all of the big browsers - Chrome gives me an error, but all the others work.
 
According to an email I just received, iBurst was having issues with Chrome, which have been resolved. I have yet to test this...

I use Chrome and I'm able to login onto the iBurst website without any issues.
 
Weird, it does not say whether my login details may be incorrect or give any reason as to why I may not be able to login ... That is not very helpful.

What if you type in your password or username incorrect on purpose... Does it then give you the same error I get?
 
yeah if i type it wrong it gives me the same error are u on an uncapped account

I was trying from my work, now I am home and using the account which I just got (at last, I have internet again) and it works fine.

So I am guessing you need to access it from your iBurst account?
