Can't login Supersport.com

So I've been watching sport on Supersport.com, one day I couldn't (a week or so back). Now I can't seem to login.

So it gets stuck on this screen.



What I've tried:

• Different browsers

- Google Chrome
- Opera
- Internet Explorer

• Clearing entire history
• Clearing cache
• Kicking computer

What error message are you getting and have you tried contacting their support?

No error message just keeps on that screen, spinning...

Well, next logical course of action is to contact them straight... I guess...

Same thing happened to me. Since they overhauled the whole site they have a new login system which seems to have broken a lot of accounts. Note the new little icon in the login box.

Call their support. They were very good. They binned my whole profile and set up a new one which works perfectly now.

I had a weird issue where after I would sign in the Supersport webpage wouldn't see me as a signed in user...

After changing my ADSL ISP details from Afrihost to Vox everything worked?? (Why I have no idea, but it did)

I am not sure if you want to try this, but try changing your ISP if possible even if it is just to add another "What I've tried" on your list.
