Can't pay my Telkom account online

I login successfully, when I click "View Bill Online" it asks me to login again. When I click "Pay selected Invoice" and type in the amount and click "Pay Now", it asks me to login again.

Anyone know why? I tried IE, Firefox and Chrome. Keeps doing that and I'm not willing to bet that it won't do that when paying with my card and/or double bill me because of this "login again" thing
 
Yeah best to save the login details and then just keep logging inwhen you get promted. I was able to pay my account successfully today so it is working. Had to login 4 times though.

Payment from a Capitec Mastercard reflects like 2 or 3 hours after they "reserve the funds" so your delay might be bank related.
 
Hi guys,

looking to pay my account with my credit card (eBucks purposes). No invoices are listed to pay. Could this be that I only registered for this last week? Do I have to wait for the next bill run to start paying it via credit card?

The bill only reflects 2 or 3 days after your billing period, mine's 27th thu 26th and it usually shows around the 29th.

You will get a email when your invoice is available to be viewed and paid online.

My invoice date is usually 5th to 4th and available online on the 7th.

I have tried this, but no invoice is reflecting. Will try again next month. :(

He want to earn ebucks using his credit card, thats one way to pay with CC if you dont have it loaded under Telkom's portal.

I just think ebucks isn't worth it, it will cost more and also more frustrations, that what you earn
 
Question:

I received my first adsl bill R1254.40 its high as I was charged for installation fee.
4Mb adsl + line rental

I see under my account online, that R499 will be debited on the 31st.

I'm guessing they splitting the bill up over months?

No, you pay prorate for the next month in advance. They should've explained your bill will be twice as much the first time around
