UPDATE: Canvases shipped yesterday, on their way to CPT. Almost 9 weeks turnaround time. Quality update to follow once received.

I also received the email but I never used them after that one time. So no products will be delivered or monies refunded.
 
So very sad as their product was amazing. We were fortunate, after a very long wai, our canvases arrived, beautifully packaged and exceptional quality.
 
Also received the same emails... Was waiting for delivery on 2 orders and still had 2 paid orders which I was planning to get printed next year...

Not really worried about the orders, but I feel for the wife and kids...
 
Caldo, i feel the same. Fortunately I had received my orders but just can't bear thinking of his wife and children. Really tragic.
