Cape Town Connection Problem

Morning all

Cape Town clients are currently experiencing an inability to connect to the Internet.

Our guys are on it and we expect resolution in an hour and a half.

Yep and it corrupted my game patch ( Aion online ) download. Thats 2.85 Gb of bandwith wasted. I am not impressed at all . This is unexceptable service .
 
Lost a 90MB file on Rapidshare. At least i got 3 times my normal bandwidth this month. So no moaning from me:)

I want the service i pay for as advertised.
5Gb of data
Reliable internet so that i dont lose bandwidth on corrupted data . (As it seems now my connection is capped and i have to redownload almost 3Gb of data that got corrupted by the connection problem experienced today @ 64k)
Speed as advertised
64k after cap .
Nothing more , nothing less.

The iburst service these last couple of weeks has been appalling,
haven't been able to surf any web sites since 7am this morning until
now being 9am.

and I agree with dusk, why should we spend money phoning the call
center just to get an update on our usage, since it took me 30 minutes
to get through this morning to log a call about not been able to
browse

I tried posting this at 9:15am and got
504 Gateway Timeout

Is it me or are there still connection problems in Cape Town. I couldn't connect since last night
 
I wouldnt know to be frank cause im not at home and all PC has been is trying to download my Aion patch which is only 38% downloaded and barely moving through bitcomet.
Its really frustrating i must add since it takes so long to download that im scared ill lose the seeds for the download. All this because iburst corrupted my first download :(

Dusk, I'd demand either a) Shaun downloads the patch and sends it to you or b) IBurst top up your account (credits you 3GB) so you can redownload the patch.

Both would be acceptable to me, anything else and I'll throw my toys and the kitchen sink at Shaun/iBurst ;)
 
Looks like Ill be getting the full client later today from someone that stays in my area :)
