Cape Town is increasingly going it alone

DA doing something in CPT that they couldn't in PLZ (except raise our rates significantly). And, with our water crisis, just walking around like the shortage is all news to them for the media attention.

CPT will have its drought soon and it will end the DA. 1 Load shedding stage less is a very long way away from cheap reliable electricity, and the DA is not able to solve any major problems because the needs of the poor takes precedence over things like water and energy security.

If you ask me, the DA is in lock-step - and will remain so - with the UN Agenda21/30.

Meaning - again, imo - that it is not in the destiny of SA for a restoration of full capacity to deliver fossil-fuel based energy.

So, I don't see ESKOM coming back, ever. Nor any substitute unless it is to serve a tiny 'high-minded' ruling class and their obedient serfs.

Did you listen to what Andre de Ruyter said a couple of weeks back? He was extremely careful and deliberate in his choice of words. I can dig up the interview for you if you're interested.

So, no. The DA are no more concerned with conditions for the poor than the Eugenicists dictating US foreign policy abroad, or women's reproductive health 'rights', in Africa, or experimental drugs throughout the world's populations.

They will keep marching to the beat of the WEF's Great Reset drum.

This is a problem for not only anyone with dreams of achieving Cape sovereignty, but sovereignty in every other part of the world in which such groups exist (And there are plenty of them).

I believe what we are seeing is the beginning of the co-opting of the Cape Independence Movement, by politically-protected market cartels.

I would love nothing more than to be proven wrong about this.

Relatively speaking, I am happy with the DA. I hope they get more control of local services, including rail, electricity and water/sanitation (im not sure if they already do this).

UN Agenda21/30 and WEF Great Reset.

As a layman, how does one determine whether these are truly malevolent ideas or merely benevolent ideas twisted into conspiracy? I see nothing wrong at face value with sustainable development and rebuilding society following economic downturn.

In fact, that speaks to many contentious issues these days.

It may be the only practical way forward though. Patience is very needed.

Too add: Soon large parts of SA will include get your own water as the infrastructure is rapidly being decolonised as well.

As far as I understand it general water supply to the city (from dams etc.) is the responsibility of the national Department of Water and Sanitation.

Distribution of that water within the city is the responsibility of the CoCT.

These national departments better be careful. They keep handing over responsibilities like this and eventually they will work themselves out of a reason to exist entirely.
