Cape Town is tops

I propose that Cape Town become an International tax free haven an International Duty Free Port, and a special administrative area within RSA like Hong Kong is to China.
The land entry borders will be the Hueguenot Tunnel the top of Sir Lowrys Pass and Saldana to the West.

PPS We like to keep quiet about Durban as we don't want all the foreigners taking over to the point that we lose our African identity like some other SA cities... ;)

I can't really argue about Durbs, only spent an hour at the airport once.

You've got St Lucia close by, which is one of the more picturesque places I've ever been to.
Spent a month there once, If it wasn't for the malaria, crocs and hippos, I could almost live there.
