Cape Town Lightning storm

Poor Capies... no doubt the majority of you lot all crawled in underneath your beds and wondered what's that noise...

Yeah, I did. Never seen this "lightning" thing before

No folk not photoshopped, I took them myself ( the pics of the lightning ober table mountain) with my canon EOS 350d and have the originals on my HD with all the data intact.

Yep - registered while looking for technical advice and then wandered off and got lost on the net. I sent the reduced size pics to a colleague who sent them to a friend and before I knew it I was getting them in my email from a friend on St Helena island!
The Argus printed one on the front page of yesterdays late final edition (with my permission) but I saw one on ETV and a few in " Die Burger" this morning as well.
I guess it's proof of the power of the internet!
Oh well - my few moments of fame! lol

You want to use the url of the image rather than the page it is on.

What were you using on the 400D? 10mm?
