We have 2 fish eagles, a few crown eagles and many many yellow billed kites in our area. Occasionally ppl pipe up complaining about it, and thankfully all get roundly told off for being stupid.

My rodent pests are ripped apart and eaten, after being played with that is.

I suppose they could just get a pellet gun to do the job, much quicker and more humane.

It actually amazes me to be honest..

I live very near a light industrial area, but there are huge green belts, so bird life is abundant even though it surprises me. Many storks and such as well, my only pet hate are the damn Hadeda's... fekking noisy messy bloody creatures.

Stop being superstitious, But that would require evolution.

A maintained feral cat colony and owls would sort out the problem.

But @@@@@ knows, people are stupid superstitious and CU**s. At the shelter monday a idiot women came to ask if we could trap and put down feral cats, the ducks on the estate hatched and the cats are now starting to be a problem.

Wait 6 months from now she will be crying about the rat eating the ducklings.
If you manage the feral colony you wouldn't have the issue to start with.
