He's saying that rising prices is evidence that real estate valuation is not adversely affected by weakening of private property protection, and that if anything it suggests the reverse..

I'm saying there are other factors to consider when it comes to rising prices. Factors that aren't that mysterious once you take on the individual responsibility to read a bit of basic history of economics, and market clearance.

We're back at the base problem in these discussions i.e. the State has promised to do the average person's thinking for them. The average person has been suckered in to that false sense of security. To the extent that if you point out the scam, then you must be the real scammer.

I'm just seeing it in the context of this morning's discussion. The fact that SA enjoys a vibrant property market shows that people are not scared to invest in it. If they genuinely thought expropriation was likely, that wouldn't be the case.

You are talking about a specific segment of real estate owners.

I already addressed the attempt at an argument that: "[some people will only be seriously affected much later]".

No, I'm saying its evidence that the market is not paranoid about EWC like you seem to think it is.
The rest is shyte you made up in your head to suit your RDF.

That exactly the same as what I said when I paraphrased your position.

You're punching above your weight, dude.

Ok dude.. you believe whatever stupid shyte you want.

Let us all know when you make some measurable progress on founding lexitystan and how it goes with big bad brother the Ev0l State.

Please explain how the country is communist?
SA is on a strong Communist trajectory.

It's in the hands of Socialists who wrap their failures in Capitalist paper. Any area of markets that is still marginally free has a target on its back and any results from the remnant of a largely free market, are attributed to State Interventionism.

What's your view on progress being made towards the NDR?

Do you think South African legal code is becoming more conducive to that goal or less conducive to it?

p.s. the only genuine pushback I see is coming very late.

Are you telling me, or asking me?

Looks like the former.

Seeing as you demonstrated knowledge of the meaning, and use, of a question mark, with this very post of yours, you appear capable of figuring it out for yourself.

Calling it stupid is not an argument.

If you aren't prepared to confine yourself to being right-by-argumentation, alone, you are nothing but a lacky running interference for authoritarians... in this case the Epstein class or their lower-downs, the GNU. Likely the latter because you are invested in a State welfare program of some kind.

That must be why the budget speech was well received both locally and internationally and why SA's credit rating has improved.

And no, I don't think that has much to do with the Sakeliege or Afriforum. I think you get irritated when your doom and gloom fantasies don't happen, as it makes your case for secession look (even more) silly.

It was never an argument.

Reality disagrees with the stupid you post, that is a you problem, nobody elses.

Precisely.

How do you get by, in life, unless you're willing to subject yourself to the strongest argument.

There is only one other way.

Strongest argument?!?! BWAHAHAHAHAHA

Its clearly a friday and lord lexy has decided his meds are optional again.

Wait, so everyone else is an ostrich but they are the ones asking you for actual examples of why you have the opinion you do, and you bail?

Think you may need to re-evaluate who is the Ostrich in this situation.
