To say you need 2 3rds approval, is the primitive's attempt to by-pass the very same right that was required into order to form a political union in the first place.

You think that two thirds approval is some primitive concept, but only want to live amongst people who are of entirely the same mind. That implies three thirds approval. 🤔

From ChatGPT (previous page) ;

Presume it got its facts from somewhere valid.
OR... another AI hallucination maybe
did you watch the video ??
a real live person in south african politics - not a computer in california (that gets things so wrong so often)

You keep putting these words in my mouth.

Have you no shame?

Where have I ever said or indicated we have to agree on everything.

I've only ever made the case for a homogeneous moral code.

If you believe, for instance, that there should be no equality before the law until everyone is made materially equal, then you belong in a Socialist country, and I belong in a free market country that is not characterized by legal privilege. We have morals which are completely incompatible. Never the twain shall meet.... until one of us decides his system has stopped serving him, and wants to have another crack at equality before the law.

You just frequently go on about only wanting to associate with like-minded people. Perhaps you could find some of them, that would be a good place to start.

There is nothing wrong or primitive about getting majority support for a secession. If a new state is going to be formed on the whim of a few with no concern for the will of others affected by it, you may as well name it Psychopathistan.

Referenda are legally binding, in the sense it is illegal to initiate force, in SA, against anyone exercising their right to FoA.

If you argue to the contrary, for e.g. from the Equity Clause, you are logically caught in a contradiction.... because you have to admit you don't live in voluntary political union.

At which point you have to ask, well.... When did it become a political union held together by threats of violence/coercion?

I'd love to know, but when I've asked this in the past, I get no answer.

What year, month and day?

'Like-minded' is very different from 'of entirely the same mind.'

I never made that claim.

I talk about core values. The stuff which is for your group non-negotiable.

Theft, rape and murder.... is an example of non-negotiables.

Teaching 7 years old about dildos in school .... non-negotiable.

Giving children drugs, as a substitute for having to cultivate parenting skills, and calling it 'great medicine'..... again, a non-negotiable.

Starting wars of aggression.... non-negotiable.

Centrally-planning an economy.... non-negotiable.

Legalizing uninvited 3rd-party interference in an otherwise private transaction..... non-negotiable.

Shutting down the economy without having any free-market-tested evidence of the alleged threat..... non-negotiable.

These are core values. There are lot of other subjective values people are free to have.

in other words, no - they are not legally binding
You mean it's legal to initiate force i.e. commit an act of aggression against a fellow citizen.

Well, I guess in this 2-tier regime, it is legal for some.

So why would anyone want to remain in a regime like that? Let alone defend it from critics.

p.s. Unless.... they were benefiting by virtue of being connected to the political class i.e. to the tier in who's favor State regulation exists.

Wow, good luck with the articulation of definitions around all of those matters and good luck with your situational assessment tests for citizenship. Also, good luck with getting consensus on the situational awareness tests.

No wonder nothing ever happens.

Hey... I got a State education, too.

If you don't start you'll never get anywhere, in life, and probably end up a salty old cynic that sits on the internet trying to shoot down attempts to avoid a disastrous trajectory.

Whoa, that's not a list of requirements for WC secessionists, just for Lexistan and similar. Agreed, it's going too deep for standard in public citizens' discussion, but most of that was common ground anyway.

this mantra of yours is false

Lex, gonna conclude that your lack of answer to the zillionaire funding question is therefore a big fat no, you would not support them either

Unless the meaning of the word "attempts" has changed at some point, my schooling must have been better than yours. You seem to think it's a synonym for "waffle".
