Capitec and Telkom internet payments

Is there anyone on here that is with capitec and uses them to pay their Telkom bill with their internet banking facility?

Telkom is telling me that I should not use capitec to pay them since they don't have an agreement of some sorts and would just like to find out if there is any truth in this. Sounds very fishy to me.

I presume they mean they are not setup as a Company Beneficiary from Capitec's side. Capitec only recently launched the company beneficiary list. Telkom is hopefully the last to go on it

I suggest you talk to Capitec about that, they will probably be able to give you the manual banking details.
