Cheaper for what? Clearly not the average person as the examples show.Relax, cool down, and have a beer.
Maybe it doesn't suit your exact needs, you have used one example.
That doesn't make Capitec cheaper, did you even read the links posted where it clearly shows FNB to be cheaper?
Only two accounts come close to Capitec. You never answered to having to draw cash. How many people can go without having to draw cash? Draw cash from FNB and you pay about as much from that alone as all Capitec transactions. So using what logic do you figure FNB to be cheaper when even this table shows them not to be and that's without the interest you get.
Capitec beats FNB for the average person and even for most of the non-average people. Capitec beats FNB's savings pocket btw if you have R25k, 5.65% vs 5.5%. 5.9% if you have R100k. What's your point? Why should money be kept in a special account you can't regularly use instead of your normal transactional account? There's no difference between the two for the bank.FNB beats Capitec on some fees, and visa versa.
Use the available info or not.
Btw, the FNB savings pocket offers higher interest, 5.5% vs 5.35%.
Lol till you have R20 000 - R49 999 in the savings pocket then it drops to 2.00% interest???? Bloody joke. The more you save the less interest you get. FNB can suck a tailpipe and die.Btw, the FNB savings pocket offers higher interest, 5.5% vs 5.35%.
