Capitec Bank offline

Capitec Bank is currently offline. Anyone have any official info about this?

All ATM withdrawals, fund transfers, POS declined. The call centre says they have a country wide problem.

I'm sure the pin is correct.

I don't see how the token and biometric option relate to the same thing?
The remote pin is far from insecure. The token isn't a requirement for a secure banking experience.
It's an optional security method.

Sure it is. You'd be using a token stored in a safe at home using IB on a PC connected via LAN and not use the app.
