Capitec cuts banking fees for 2019

You sure about R30k?

With all the capping I get about R1k / month mostly from Checkers and Engen (not sure how long that can last).

I have a Capitec credit card as well... saves 2.75% on international transactions (where Ebucks rewards would be 1.5% but 0% when capped).
100%.
You are probably on the gold bundle?

I was on premier before last years changes and then switched to PC.
Used to earn 12-14000eb (R1200-1400) before 40% off
Haven't earned less than 15 000eb since switching so that covers the increased bank fee|

EDIT: Not saying this makes FNB better, just that it makes FNB better for me.
Would love if they could also drop banking fees

What queue? ATM queue? LOL, just use any other banks ATM. I almost never use Capitec ones, because I would have to go out of my way for that.

True, it's cheaper to withdraw as a Capitec customer at an Absa atm than it is being an Absa customer at their own.

Unless he means the in-branch queue when he wants to go apply.

EFT fee is cheaper at Capitec R1 vs R2 ( I do loads of those) and they do have a Credit card aswell. Something Tyme probably won't get...

I always like having my cc with another bank and not the same just for backup so for me them not having a cc was never a big deal. The slightly higher eft is a bit of saving leak but the smartshopper points make up for that bit.

What makes tyme a bit better for me is that is compares very favourably with capitec but they reward you smartshopper points for swiping which is very nice.
