Capitec OTP failure

Trying to set up Capitec Business account on Mobile. Personal account works fine. When they send the OTP I get the message that there has been a sim swap. I have verified with Vodacom that there has been no sim swap. Anyone had any similar experience? Using a Samsung Galaxy S21
Capitec Digital Dept useless so far.
