Capped with data remaining?

Hi all,

So it is a new month as of a few hours ago.
On the Afrihost clientzone it states that I have data (over 6GB), although when I connect and try load a webpage it brings up the Afrihost capped screen.

I am using their MiFi device, tried with it connected to my PC as well as with my phone and it still brings up that screen. I am thinking it is an issue on their network and am wondering if anyone else is having the same issue?

I have logged a support ticket however, in my previous experiences though it seems as if they take quite a while to get back to me and this is becoming quite frustrating now.

Yes I had the same on one of my accounts 1.3GB remaining but capped. Luckily it happened on the afternoon of the 31st and at the new month reset all started working again.

Hey Psy,

Try livechat on their site - they'll sort you out asap!
 
I have the same problem, but it's strange because it only started today. Was fine the first few days of the month, then suddenly today the problem occurred. I have sent a ticket, but in the meantime it is annoying because I have to use MTN data while they sort it out.
