I connected my iburst tonight and soon as i connected it said that i was capped? Iam on the 15gig Package. but my total use is 1387.68mb

Ok cant get hold of anybody at Iburst..... I need this problem fixed today i cant do **** on my connection atm

Just got hold of the Support Desk and guess what they say i have used all of my 15gig cap in 7 days BULL****!!!! i have never ever used that much in 7days not to mention that i have barley used my internet connection this Month. And now the best thing is they say i must buy more cap. Somebody Better Get Back to me on this ASAP i have not been abel to use my internet connection since friday

I'm only at 3GB used (according to iBurst) but I've only used about 600MB in total... They need to fix this and soon!
